At Le Calandre in the private dining room
We are pleased to announce a new collaboration with Dom Pérignon in honor of their recent release of Rosé Vintage 2009.
From now until October 28th, guests can enjoy a special tasting menu, Fluidità, dedicated to the wine and created exclusively by Chef Massimiliano Alajmo. The tasting menu will be served in the private dining room at Le Calandre restaurant known as "Sala Cavalieri."
The dishes were all inspired by the wine itself and various conversations that took place between Massimiliano and Vincent Chaperon, Chef de Cave of Dom Pérignon and were originally served at a private release event in Venice.
