AMO Venice will host a culinary tour around the world with 5 dinners dedicated to the places and cultures that have influenced or positively "contaminated" the Alajmo Group over the years.
Chefs Silvio Giavedoni and Roberto Ienna will prepare a menu inspired by each location, blending traditions and ingredients.
