ANTONIA KLUGMAN AT LE CEMENTINE - APRIL 12TH

Join us this spring at Le Cementine in Roncade (Treviso) for a series of collaboration dinners, entitled NaturalMente, with chefs who share our same cooking philosophy based on naturalness and respect for ingredients. 

The menus will be created by Mattia Ercolino, chef of Le Cementine and young emerging chefs from across Italy who make up the "new Italian cuisine." Max Alajmo will be present in the kitchen at the events to "play" in the kitchen alongside the guest chefs. 

The first dinner will be held on Tuesday 12 April at 8.00 pm with chef Antonia Klugmann from L'Argine a Vencò (1 Michelin star) in Dolegna del Collio in the province of Gorizia.

The cost of the dinner is 120 euro, beverages excluded.
