Pumpkin cream with parsley foam and crispy seeds

Risotto with capon ragù, orange and broccoli rabe cream

Grilled artichoke with cinta senese lard, bay leaf sauce and drops of smoked egg yolk

Beef cheek braised in red wine with mashed potatoes, cotechino and bitter greens

Zabaione ice cream with pandoro crumbs, raisins, and coffee

Christmas panettone with creams (chocolate, tiramisu, diplomatic cream)


The price is per person, beverages excluded.

The wine pairing includes 4 glasses per person.
