The pizza at AL 4 is full of flavor, yet light and easy to digest. Max Alajmo and his team of pizzaioli researched extensively to find the best ingredients, from the flour that goes into the dough to all of the toppings. The pizzas are divided into three types: classic round pizza cooked “al mattone” directly on a pizza stone; long, oval-shaped pizza “in pala”; and pizza “in padellino” cooked in a little metal pan.
The pizzeria is located in the countryside of Ca' Tron in the small town of Roncade, just minutes from H-FARM. The modern building that houses the pizzeria has tables both inside and outside under a romantic wisteria pergola.
