Our special edition panettone this year is made with candied apricots, coffee powder and Tonka bean, a classic combination of flavors of chef Alajmo. 

In the large format version of 2 kg, the yeasts evolve differently and become more complex, like with wine, and are perfect for dinner parties with many guests.

Due to their size, our large format panettoni are baked upon request and will take a couple extra days to arrive. 

We recommend heating it for 10 minutes in the oven at 80°C before serving.

All our leavened products are made using a sourdough starter and are allowed to rise naturally at low-temperature using two-phase leavening process. As a result, our panettoni are fully-leavened and particularly aromatic.  Because we don't use any artificial colors, preservatives or hydrogenated fats, they have an expiration date of two months.
