Max Alajmo's take on Italian panettone made with hazelnut praline, morello sour cherries and coffee powder, paired with a Crema Favolosa, hazelnut spread. 

We recommend heating it for 10 minutes in the oven at 80°C before serving.

All our leavened products are made using a sourdough starter and are allowed to rise naturally at low-temperature using two-phase leavening process. As a result, our panettoni are fully-leavened and particularly aromatic.  Because we don't use any artificial colors, preservatives or hydrogenated fats, they have an expiration date of two months.
