All our leavened products are made using a sourdough starter and are allowed to rise naturally at low-temperature using two-phase leavening process. As a result, our breads are fully-leavened and particularly aromatic. Because we don't use any artificial colors, preservatives or hydrogenated fats, they have an expiration date of two months.
