Where it can be used: at all Alajmo Group venues in Italy. It cannot be used for purchases made through the online shop.

Use of credit: any remaining balance will remain available and may be used until the gift card’s expiration date. If the total purchase amount exceeds the available balance on the gift card, the difference must be paid at the venue at the time of purchase.

Balance check: the available balance can be verified by sending an email to booking@alajmo.it , indicating the barcode number printed on the back of the card.
