Created by Max Alajmo and carried out by executive chefs Silvio Giavedoni and Sergio Preziosa, the Ristorante Quadri menu highlights contemporary interpretations of traditional Venetian and Italian dishes made with ingredients sourced directly from the Venetian lagoon. Guests can choose between two tasting menus as well as à la carte options.

In the kitchen, you will find executive chef Silvio Giavedoni, who has worked with the Alajmo family for over fifteen years, together with chefs Sergio Preziosa, Alberto Trevisan and a brigade of young, eclectic and motivated chefs. Thanks to the example set by maitre Stefano Munari, as well as sommelier Rebecca Irolsini, the front of the house team is approchable, yet professional.

To celebrate the restoration of the Grancaffè & Ristorante Quadri, the Alajmo brothers commisioned a film that documents the various Venetian artisans involved in the project and their ability to uncover the original beauty of this incredible place.
