Simple, yet tasty


Il Calandrino is a casual bistro open all day, everyday. In the morning, guests can enjoy freshly baked pastries and perfectly-pulled espresso made with coffee beans selected and roasted by Torrefazione Giamaica of Verona. At lunch or dinner, the menu includes seasonal dishes, as well as classics like our dill tagliolini with seafood and pistachio sauce or Erminio's beef tartare, all made with the same quality ingredients used at Le Calandre.

Pastry shop

Light, yet full of flavor, Max's sweets have a distinctively Italian character: sugar is used sparingly, while butter and milk are often replaced with olive oil and water.


Laura, Max and Raf's sister, runs the restaurant and pastry shop with her delightful team, greeting guests with a smile every morning.

Starting August 6, 2021, EU citizens who would like to dine indoors at a restaurant in Italy must provide documentation of:
Green pass (EU citizens)
Negative rapid Covid test taken within 48 hours prior to your reservation
Certificate stating that you have recovered from Covid19 in the 6 months prior to your reservation.

Guests from outside the EU must provide one of the following:
Government issued certificate confirming full vaccination of one of the four vaccines approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA): Comirnaty di Pfizer-BioNtech, Moderna, Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca), Janssen (Johnson & Johnson)
Negative rapid Covid test taken within 48 hours prior to your reservation.

Minors under the age of 12 are not have to meet the aforementioned requirements.
