A modern and dynamic bistrot, a crossroads of cultures, sharing the same attention to quality as the Quadri restaurant, but in a more informal and accessible format. Quadrino's cuisine is direct, recognisable, and deeply connected to the quality of its raw ingredients. Seasonal ingredients guide every dish, selected daily at the Rialto market and from small producers in the lagoon and Venetian countryside.

The story
An integral part of Gran Caffè Quadri, Quadrino shares its prestigious historical legacy. The bistro is located in the two rooms to the right of the entrance, adorned with late 19th-century frescoes: 18th-century scenes reminiscent of Giandomenico Tiepolo's lively and festive style, painted by Giuseppe Ponga.
The 2018 restoration brought to light the substratum of Venetian artisanal production, recovering the early 20th-century decorations.
Over the centuries, the venue has hosted important social and literary figures such as Stendhal, Woody Allen, Richard Wagner, and Marcel Proust.
