All our leavened products are crafted using a process that allows the sourdough starter—through low-temperature fermentation and a two-stage proofing—to reach its natural development, giving the dough uniformity and a harmonious expression of flavors. Free from artificial colorings, preservatives, and hydrogenated fats, they have a shelf life of two months.
