ALAJMO | AMUR DAURICUS CAVIAR - ONLY SALT

Born from the crossbreeding of a female Huso Dauricus and a male Acipenser Schrenkii, both native to the Amur River, this caviar is particularly prized. The female begins to produce eggs between 8 and 10 years of age, yielding large pearls (over 3.4 mm) with beautiful green and pearlescent reflections.

Our caviar is the result of the raw selection of the best fresh eggs for the shape and color of Siberian Sturgeon. The result is an extremely fresh, delicate but at the same time intense, natural, elegant and above all healthy product. To be consumed as soon as possible without moderation with the people you love.
