Alajmo Selection is a unique blend of unwashed, single variety Arabica espresso from an undisclosed area of the Indonesian Archipelago sourced by Laboratorio Giamaica Caffè, a roastery based in Verona is known for its exceptional coffee selection.
Gianni Frasi, the founder of the roastery, personally visited his plantations multiple times a year to select the green coffee beans to bring back to Italy. Once they arrive in Verona, they are analysed for quality and then carefully roasted over open fire using a one-of-a-kind roasting machine.
