The "Elegante" knife is intended to be used for carving meat and fish.

This knife, a unique handmade piece, is built with a 24 cm SanMai Japanese steel blade, consisting of a central layer in extremely hard (60/61 HRC) VG-10 steel, and two external layers made of 33-layer damask stainless steel.

 The handle is made of rosewood.
