ARLECCHINO | CLASSIC WITH OLIVE OIL
Arlecchino is our take on classic Italian panettone, a sweet, leavened bread traditionally consumed at the winter holidays, made candied orange and citron peels. Our recipe calls for extra virgin olive oil in place of butter making the sweet bread particularly light and aromatic, as well as diary free.
Better served warm!
Heat in a 80°C oven for 10 minutes to bring out the aromas.

All our leavened products are made by hand in our pastry lab, MammaRita, using a sourdough starter and are allowed to rise naturally at low temperature using two-phase leavening process. As a result, our panettoni are fully leavened and particularly aromatic. Our leavened breads don't contain any artificial colors, preservatives or hydrogenated fats.
