With butter, gianduia, and dark chocolate, paired with a sac-à-poche of white truffle and chocolate cream.

Presented in a precious tin inspired by the fabric of the historic Tessitura Bevilacqua in Venice, reinterpreted with irony and elegance by Philippe Starck to adorn the walls of the Ristorante Quadri in Venice.

Better served warm!
Heat in a 80°C oven for 10 minutes to bring out the aromas.

All our leavened products are made by hand in our pastry lab, MammaRita, using a sourdough starter and are allowed to rise naturally at low temperature using two-phase leavening process. As a result, our panettoni are fully leavened and particularly aromatic. Our leavened breads don't contain any artificial colors, preservatives or hydrogenated fats.
