HOW TO LINK YOUR WEBSITE AND ALAJMO+CLUB ACCOUNT
UNREGISTERED USER
ON THE ALAJMO.IT WEBSITE

STEP 1
• Click on the user icon in the top right corner of the www.alajmo.it website, circled below in yellow.

STEP 2
The login page will open, as shown in the image below.
• Select "Do not have an account? Create one";
• Create your Alajmo website account by entering the same e-mail address that you used for the ALAJMO+Club app ( you can use the same password or create a new one for the website, up to you 😉);
• Click "CREATE MY ACCOUNT" .
Please note: the Alajmo website account is separate from the ALAJMO+Club app account.
To link them correctly, you must use the same e-mail address.

STEP 1
• Click on the user icon in the top right corner of the www.alajmo.it website, circled below in yellow.
Note: The e-mail address for both accounts ( website and ALAJMO+Club) must be the same.
If they are different, please contact booking@alajmo.it
• Click on the yellow "ALAJMO+Club" button at the bottom left corner of the website and log into the app using your app e-mail address and password, then click "LINK".
NOW THE TWO PROFILES ARE LINKED and by clicking on the dropdown menu you can:
• Check your points and balance
• Use Smiles for online purchases
• Check the discount codes you've created
• View your current status level

HOW TO USE
SMILES FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
The smiles you have earned can be converted into discount codes to apply at checkout.
To use them, it is necessary to link the profiles ( Alajmo website account and ALAJMO+Club app account).

STEP 1
• Click "Use Smiles". A panel will open where you can enter the amount you wish to apply as a discount on your order using your available Smiles.
Finish by clicking “Generate Discount”.
• A discount code will appear ( see STEP 2), which you can find in the "Unused Discounts" section until it is used.

STEP 2
•Once the discount is generated, a numeric code will appear.
• Copy the code and proceed to select the products you wish to purchase by adding them to your cart.
• At checkout, enter the discount code in the designated field, then click "Apply".
• The Amount will be automatically deducted from the total.
PLEASE NOTE
Once your purchase is complete, the Smiles corresponding to the amount spent will be automatically credited to your account.
