The menu is a play on "countryside cuisine" that relies increasingly on vegetables from the garden located next to the restaurant. In addition, many of the ingredients, both fish and vegetables, are sourced from the Venetian lagoon, rich in biodiversity. “Le Cementine offers us to reflect upon the earth, simplicity and rediscovering meaning in the little things. It’s a distillation of the genuineness that combines hospitality with the reassuring pleasures of nature.” - Max Alajmo
Located next to the restaurant marks, with the change of colors and products, the passing of the seasons. The menu is enhanced by the possibility of being able to go outdoors and choose fresh ingredients every day, freshly harvested, represents one of the riches of this place.

CONCEPT
The restaurant Le Cementine is immersed in the Tenuta Ca'Tron of H-FARM, in the province of Treviso, two steps from the Venice lagoon and wet by the River Sile. It is characterized by an innovative and absolutely suggestive design. A single stable characterized by glass walls and outside a pergola that in the warmest months allows you to fully enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature. The name of the place is the typical Apulian Mayan style that covers the entire floor, hand-drawn and different from each other.
