This organic extra virgin olive oil is obtained from hand-picked olives from the Valle del Belice in Sicily, which are cold-pressed after harvest. It has an intense green colour and very rich, complex aromas with notes of tomato and artichoke typical of Sicilian olive oil.
The Centoze family has owned their estate since the 1953 and cultivates about 35 hectares of organic citrus fruits and olive trees.
