Max Alajmo's take on Italian panettone made with sour cherries and chocolate chips and paired with Crema Eccezionale, chocolate hazelnut spread.
We recommend heating it for 10 minutes in the oven at 80°C before serving.

All our leavened products are made using a sourdough starter and are allowed to rise naturally at low-temperature using two-phase leavening process. As a result, our panettoni are fully-leavened and particularly aromatic. Because we don't use any artificial colors, preservatives or hydrogenated fats, they have an expiration date of two months.
