The Moro di Venezia pays tribute to the seafaring spirit of the Venetians, explorers and chartists of new routes. A chocolate dough enriched with candied sour cherries and chocolate chips, served with a piping bag of our Crema Eccezione chocolate hazelnut cream do add on top.


Better served warm!
Heat in a 80°C oven for 10 minutes to bring out the aromas.

All our leavened products are made by hand in our pastry lab, MammaRita, using a sourdough starter and are allowed to rise naturally at low temperature using two-phase leavening process. As a result, our panettoni are fully leavened and particularly aromatic. Our leavened breads don't contain any artificial colors, preservatives or hydrogenated fats.

Ingredients: Wheat flour type 00, butter, egg yolk, granulated sugar, water, cocoa coating (6.6%) [wheat flour type 00, sugar, butter, hen eggs, unsweetened cocoa powder, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, salt], dark chocolate chips (5.2%) [sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract], sourdough starter [water, wheat], cocoa emulsion (3.9%) [sugar, water, unsweetened cocoa powder, cocoa mass (cocoa, acidity regulator: potassium carbonate, glucose syrup)], candied sour cherries (3.0%) [cherries, sugar, sour cherry juice, glucose/fructose syrup, flavorings, acidity regulator: citric acid, coloring: anthocyanins and cochineal], acacia honey, invert sugar [sugar, water, acidity regulators: citric acid and sodium bicarbonate], cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, brewer's yeast.
Spreadable cream: Gentile hazelnut paste (40.9% - Italy) (100% hazelnuts), powdered sugar (granulated sugar, corn starch), cocoa powder 7.7% [cocoa (non-EU), acidity regulator: potassium carbonate], skimmed milk powder, corn oil.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store at room temperature and consume within 6 days.
