Dedicated to the city of Venice, home to our restaurants Gran Caffè & Ristorante Quadri in St. Mark’s Square and AMO at the Rialto bridge, our Moro di Venezia panettone is made with Italian sour cherries and chocolate chips and paired with a sac-à-poche of Crema Eccezione, our chocolate hazelnut spread.
Better served warm!
Heat in a 80°C oven for 10 minutes to bring out the aromas.

All our leavened products are made by hand in our pastry lab, MammaRita, using a sourdough starter and are allowed to rise naturally at low temperature using two-phase leavening process. As a result, our panettoni are fully leavened and particularly aromatic. Our leavened breads don't contain any artificial colors, preservatives or hydrogenated fats.
