Pan d'oro is a traditional Italian sweet bread served during the Christmas holidays. It's name comes from "pan de oro" or golden bread in Veneto dialect and is commonly served dusted with powder sugar.
Better served warm!
Heat in a 80°C oven for 10 minutes to bring out the aromas.

All our leavened products are made by hand in our pastry lab, MammaRita, using a sourdough starter and are allowed to rise naturally at low temperature using two-phase leavening process. As a result, our panettoni are fully leavened and particularly aromatic. Our leavened breads don't contain any artificial colors, preservatives or hydrogenated fats.
