Pand'oro is a traditional Italian sweet bread served during the Christmas holidays. It's name comes from "pan de oro" or golden bread in Veneto dialect.

We recommend heating it for 10 minutes in the oven at 80°C and covering with powdered sugar before serving.

All our leavened products are made using a sourdough starter and are allowed to rise naturally at low-temperature using two-phase leavening process. As a result, our panettoni are fully-leavened and particularly aromatic. Because we don't use any artificial colors, preservatives or hydrogenated fats, they have an expiration date of two months.
