CORTINA | APRICOT, ORANGE, TONKA AND CHOCOLATE + SPREAD

The new flavor for Christmas 2023. A sweet leavened bread with candied apricots, candied orange peel, tonka bean and chocolate chips dedicated to our restaurant, Alajmo Cortina, located in the Dolomiti mountains. The panettone is paired with a sweet barley hazelnut cream included in the box. 

Slice and heat in a 80°C oven for 10 minutes to bring out the aromas. Then spread with barley hazelnut cream.

All our leavened products are made using a sourdough starter and are allowed to rise naturally at low-temperature using two-phase leavening process. As a result, our panettoni are fully-leavened and particularly aromatic. Because we don't use any artificial colors, preservatives or hydrogenated fats, they have an expiration date of two months.
