Le calandre - 20 years of three Michelin stars

Today, with the arrival of the 2022 Michelin Guide Italy, Le Calandre celebrates 20 years of having 3 stars!

On November 27th, 2002, during a live broadcast of the Italian TV show "Porta a Porta," Max became, at 28 years old, the youngest chef in the world to receive this recognition.

We thank Michelin for their faith in us, all of our marvelous clients for having supported us during all these years and to our precious team, we wouldn't have made it without you.
