At lunch as well as dinner, the cuisine invites you on a journey of taste where each dish tells the story of Italy, past and present. The menu intertwines Venetian classics and seasonal creations.
The wine list, predominantly Italian, includes labels from small producers alongside more well-known names. Guests can easily search for wines on the digital iPad menu, both by type and by producer.

The story
The Passage des Panoramas, a stone's throw from the Opéra, is the oldest of the Parisian passages to have survived Haussmann's urban revolution. Here, in 1834, Maison Stern was founded, a historic engraving shop that counted among its clients the Elysée Palace, numerous embassies, and several families of international high nobility.
In September 2014, after a careful conservative restoration that preserved the historic furnishings intact, Stern was reborn as a refined Italian restaurant. Under the guidance of the Alajmo brothers and the touch of Philippe Starck, culinary excellence has taken the place of historical printed matter.

Some of the most evocative spaces can be reserved exclusively for private events, convivial dinners, and special occasions. From the historic Sala Cordova, which retains its original leather wall covering, to the smaller rooms that house the original furnishings of the ancient atelier, to the chef's table next to the kitchen, and finally to the intimacy of the Cassaforte, originally designed to safeguard precious documents of Maison Stern, each space preserves the charm and memory of a unique place.
