Inspired by modern bistros, Stern expresses the essence of Italian cuisine within an ancient Parisian engraver's workshop. Following the rhythm of the seasons, it celebrates Venetian cuisine in its most authentic essence, as Max Alajmo envisions it: intensely light and nostalgically modern.

At lunch as well as dinner, the cuisine invites you on a journey of taste where each dish tells the story of Italy, past and present. The menu intertwines Venetian classics and seasonal creations.
The wine list, predominantly Italian, includes labels from small producers alongside more well-known names. Guests can easily search for wines on the digital iPad menu, both by type and by producer.
