Quadri's cuisine lives in symbiosis with its surroundings, a process of mutual contamination where lagoon products take center stage. Under Max's guidance, the menu transforms into a journey that connects territory, memory, and current events, reinterpreting Venetian tradition with a new sensibility, capable of restoring its depth and vitality.
The wine list features both small producers and internationally renowned labels, catering to the tastes of a diverse clientele from all over the world.

The story
The restaurant's rooms are located on the upper floor of the Gran Caffè Quadri, in what were once the rooms of the Procurators of the Serenissima. They were opened to the public by the Vaerini brothers, who have run the establishment since 1830.
In 2011, with the entry of the Alajmo family, a new journey began, which, in 2012, would lead to the first Michelin star. In early 2018, the Alajmo brothers entrusted Philippe Starck and the skill of Venetian craftsmen with the major restoration that would reveal the original beauty and magic of the establishment.
Confini
A project born from the desire to narrate the cuisine of the Quadri Restaurant through the personal vision of Sergio Preziosa. At its core, Venice and the lagoon, suspended between opposing and unstable elements, built on balance, places of passage, exchange, and contamination. "Confini" is the meeting point where the chef's creativity finds fertile ground, the place where things transform and where something new takes shape.
