Quadri's cuisine lives in symbiosis with its surroundings, a process of mutual contamination where lagoon products take center stage. Under Max's guidance, the menu transforms into a journey that connects territory, memory, and current events, reinterpreting Venetian tradition with a new sensibility, capable of restoring its depth and vitality.
The wine list features both small producers and internationally renowned labels, catering to the tastes of a diverse clientele from all over the world.

Confini
A project born from the desire to narrate the cuisine of the Quadri Restaurant through the personal vision of Sergio Preziosa. At its core, Venice and the lagoon, suspended between opposing and unstable elements, built on balance, places of passage, exchange, and contamination. "Confini" is the meeting point where the chef's creativity finds fertile ground, the place where things transform and where something new takes shape.
