Le Cementine is located in Roncade, a short walk from the H-FARM Campus, in a landscape where the countryside meets the Venetian lagoon, crossed by the Sile River.
Surrounded by trees, meadows, and a lush vegetable garden, the restaurant offers an immersive experience where time slows down and nature becomes an integral part of the experience.
Cuisine and Cellar
A spontaneous and authentic expression of country cooking, deeply connected to the local area. Vegetables, harvested daily from the garden next to the restaurant, guide the creation of dishes, while the Venetian lagoon contributes its biodiversity, with both plant and fish elements.
Le Cementine's cellar is constantly seeking a balance between nature, production methods, wine culture, and knowledge of the territory.
