Alajmo S.p.A. has adopted a process for receiving, analyzing, and treating reports concerning the Company, in accordance with the legislative innovations introduced by Legislative Decree March 10, 2023, no. 24, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, regarding the protection of persons who report violations of Union law and containing provisions regarding the protection of persons who report violations of national legislative provisions (so-called "Whistleblowing Decree").

For the submission and management of reports, Alajmo S.p.A. has adopted the MyWhistleblowing platform, accessible at the following link https://alajmo.it/wba, which constitutes the preferred channel for submitting reports.
