A collection of chocolates filled with seven different flavors of ganache based on signature dishes of Le Calandre restaurant. They are a play on our family’s take on Italian cuisine blurring the boarders of sweet and savory. We suggest eating them slowly to fully enjoy the food memories that they may stir up in your mind and heart.
SALT & PEPPER – fleur du sel and a mix of ground Maricha peppercorns
MAMMOLO – roast peppers, candied sour cherries, Tonka beans
MEDITERRANEO – lemon, bergamot, chili pepper, olive, capers, oregano
PAZIENTINO – chocolate hazelnut gianduia and zabaione
SAFFRON & LICORICE – almond, saffron, licorice
CAPERS & COFFEE – Sicilian capers, Giamaica coffee powder
RITA – beetroot and Roquefort
