Asparagus puree
with quail eggs, tuna belly gelato and black truffle

Saffron risotto
with duck ragu and Parmigiano chips

Saddle of lamb
with turmeric potato puree and colored chard

Ricotta cannolo, pepper jam
and cocoa masse

"Uovo di colomba"  with Marsala, raisins
and coffee powder


Lunch will start from 12.30am to 1.30 pm.

Price is per person, beverages excluded.
