CURRY TAGLIATELLE

Alajmo egg pasta, hand-rolled, made with select Italian semolina and fresh eggs. Seven different variations designed by Max, each with a unique ingredient. Curry tagliatelle have a delicate spicy note that adds character and originality.
They lend themselves to a variety of pairings; Max recommends them:

With oil, to enhance their aroma
With sautéed vegetables
With meat or fish ragù
With coconut milk
With lime and red shrimp
