On December 4th, Caffè Stern opens its doors for an evening entirely dedicated to one of the season’s most precious and captivating ingredients: white truffle.
To celebrate the occasion, Massimiliano Alajmo will join Alessandro Fornaro, chef of Caffè Stern, for a four-handed dinner guiding guests through a six-course menu designed to highlight the aroma, delicacy, and character of the white truffle.
