Every year Max and his team of pastry chefs dream up a collection of panettoni, Italian leavened sweet breads traditionally served at holiday tables. All our leavened products are made by hand in our pastry lab using a sourdough starter and are allowed to rise naturally at low-temperature using two-phase leavening process. As a result, our panettoni are fully-leavened and particularly aromatic.
Our caviar is the result of the raw selection of the best fresh eggs for shape and color of Siberian sturgeon reared in pure water in Italy. We work it only with pure salt, without any other preservatives whatsoever. The result is an extremely fresh, delicate but at the same time intense, natural, elegant and above all healthy product.
This year, in addition to our classic Italian holiday sweets like torrone, panforte and chocolate bon bons, we have come up with our own take on “mandorlato,” made with over 60% almonds combined with honey from our beehives at Le Cementine in H -FARM.
Produced exclusively for the Alajmo family, our wines are the result of attentive research and a whole lot of tasting. Each wine is designed for different moments during a meal, but especially to toast with friends and family during the holidays.
