SEASONING ALAJMO | ALAJMO VINEGAR 30 YEARS
Obtained from cooked must aged over 30 years in precious barrels of different woods (Mulberry, Cherry, Chestnut, Juniper and Oak), which features soft aromas to the product, hints of plum and cherry, intense and typical characteristics of the last wood, Oak Italian.
The Malpighi family jealously guards it and takes the fruit for personal use, it is not recognized by the disciplinary as it is not subjected to control, however for its aging method and for the long period of maturation of the precious barrels, we can consider it as the 'Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO and we love it very much.
