It's produced by Acquapazza Gourmet, a small artisanal company in Cetara, using anchovies caught in the Gulf of Salerno between Amalfi and Capri. This dark, bright amber sauce is characterized by a remarkable umami flavor and the typical aroma of salted anchovies.
