AMUR DAURICUS

Born from the cross between a female Huso Dauricus and a male Acipenser Schrenkii, both native to the Amur River, this caviar is particularly prized. Females begin producing eggs between 8 and 10 years of age, laying large pearls (over 3.4 mm) with beautiful green and iridescent reflections.

Our caviar is the result of a raw selection of the finest fresh Siberian sturgeon eggs in terms of shape and color. The result is a classy product, extremely fresh, healthy, and potentially addictive. Consume as soon as possible without moderation with your loved ones.
