A blend of Arabica coffee, decaffeinated entirely naturally through water washing. Caffeine never exceeds 0.10 per 100 parts of dry matter.

Made in Verona by the Giamaica Caffè roasting laboratory, a true workshop of taste renamed by Gianni Frasi, who inherited it from his uncle Giovanni Erbisti, who has been in the business since 1947. The beans are selected at source, monitoring the entire supply chain and maintaining direct contact with the producers. The roasting process is carried out over a direct flame, with timings that vary with each bag of coffee. This process sets its production apart from the majority of roasters, who use indirect flames.
