Selected and roasted directly by Giamaica Caffè, this mono-Arabica coffee is intense and creamy in the cup, with aromas of fruit and incense. At first glance, it's sweet and spicy, a meditative coffee.

Made in Verona by Giamaica Caffè, a true workshop of taste renamed by Gianni Frasi, who inherited it from his uncle Giovanni Erbisti, who has been in the business since 1947. The beans are selected at source, monitoring the entire supply chain and maintaining direct contact with the producers. The roasting process is carried out over a direct flame, with timings that vary with each bag of coffee. This process sets it apart from the majority of roasters, who use indirect flames.
