COTECHINO | WITH SPICES

We add an aromatic blend of select spices to the traditional cotechino mixture, enhancing its flavor and bringing a Christmassy feel to the table.

Perfect paired with lentils or mashed potatoes, it's a product that combines tradition and the aromas of the holidays.

Pork (pork rind, cheek, snout and small muscle cuts), salt, spices (coriander, nutmeg, cloves, pepper, Sarawak black pepper, star anise, cinnamon), antioxidant (E300), preservative (E252). Edible casing. Gluten-free.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Place the sealed pouch in plenty of hot water. Do not pierce the packaging. Bring to the boil and cook for approximately 25 minutes. Remove the pouch from the water, cut open the packaging and allow the cooking juices to drain. Serve hot.
