At 700 meters above sea level, the sandy soil results in a lower yield and an extreme quality result. The cup exudes pungent aromas of fresh walnuts and honey, and the taste is sweet and chocolaty.

Made in Verona by the Giamaica Caffè roasting laboratory, a true workshop of taste renamed by Gianni Frasi, who inherited it from his uncle Giovanni Erbisti, who has been in the business since 1947. The beans are selected at source, monitoring the entire supply chain and maintaining direct contact with the producers. The roasting process is carried out over a direct flame, with timings that vary with each bag of coffee. This process distinguishes its production from the majority of roasters, who use indirect flames.
