A sweet leavened bread that guides you through the traditional flavors of the Dolomites, with simple ingredients like rye flour and coarse wheat bran, the sweetness of candied plums and sour cherries, and the warm, spiced notes of gingerbread.

Heat in a 80°C oven for 10 minutes to bring out the aromas.

All our leavened products are made by hand in our pastry lab, MammaRita, using a sourdough starter and are allowed to rise naturally at low temperature using two-phase leavening process. As a result, our panettoni are fully leavened and particularly aromatic. Our leavened breads don't contain any artificial colors, preservatives or hydrogenated fats.

Ingredients: Wheat flour type 00, butter, egg yolk, water, granulated sugar, candied sour cherries (5%) [cherries, sugar, sour cherry juice, glucose/fructose syrup, flavorings, acidity regulator: citric acid, coloring: anthocyanins and cochineal], sourdough starter [water, wheat], dried plums (4%) [dried plums], almond marzipan (3%) [almonds, water, sugar, glucose syrup, sugar syrup, salt, vanilla beans], rye flour (1.2%), coarse wheat bran (1.2%), acacia honey, invert sugar syrup [acidity regulator: citric acid and sodium bicarbonate], cocoa butter, salt, brewer's yeast, emulsifier: soy lecithin, spices (black pepper, cloves, ginger, allspice, mace, cardamom, coriander, anise, cinnamon).

Allergens: Contains allergens: cereals containing gluten and derived products, tree nuts and their products (almonds and products containing almonds), milk and milk-based products, eggs and egg-based products, soy.

Average nutritional values per 100 g: Energy 1535 kJ / 368 kcal; Fat 21 g, of which saturated fat 10 g; Carbohydrates 38 g, of which sugars 19 g; Fibre 1.9 g; Protein 5.7 g; Salt 4.1 g.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store at room temperature and consume within 6 days.
