Published in 2013, Fluidità continues the Alajmo brothers' dialogue, begun in the book In.gredienti, featuring personal anecdotes and the development of their research. The collaboration with photographer friends Sergio Coimbra and Wowe resulted in a book where the images take on a powerful symbolic charge, effectively transposing and expressing Max's culinary philosophy.
