Description

Alajmo Linguine are the ideal pasta for enhancing fish dishes, thanks to their ability to hold sauces and enhance flavors.

Made with the finest durum wheat semolina and pure water, they are extruded exclusively using bronze dies and undergo a slow dehumidification and drying process that lasts from 20 to 56 hours. The dough takes about 25 minutes to blend perfectly, developing a gluten network essential for elasticity, firmness, and an al dente texture.
