Alajmo Spaghettoni are a thick, full-bodied durum wheat pasta, ideal for enhancing rich, intense sauces.

Thanks to their firm texture, they hold sauces perfectly, ensuring a delicious and satisfying taste experience.

Made with the finest durum wheat semolina and the purest water, they are processed exclusively with bronze dies and undergo a slow dehumidification and drying process that lasts from 20 to 56 hours. The dough takes about 25 minutes to blend perfectly, developing a gluten network essential for elasticity, firmness, and an al dente texture.
