The Alajmo Leone Cake was born from the Alajmo brothers' friendship with Teo Musso of Baladin Brewery.

This dessert blends notes of toasted cereals and hints of chocolate, cocoa beans, and coffee from Leön beer with dark chocolate, in a dough lightened by extra virgin olive oil.

A refined balance of aromas and textures, perfect for a gourmet break.

Leon Baladin beer (water, barley malt, hops, sugar, yeast) (27.2%), whole sugar, type 00 wheat flour, eggs, extra virgin olive oil (8.1% - Italy - Palermo), cocoa, cocoa butter, dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, soy lecithin), raising agents (E450i, E500ii, starch), salt, vanilla.
Glaze: dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass 66%, cocoa butter, soy lecithin), sugar, water, dark sugar (cane sugar, glucose syrup), cocoa mass, glucose, grapeseed oil, soy sauce (soy, water, sea salt, mirin (sweet rice, water, rice), barley flour, koji (Aspergillus oryzae).
