A traditional, lean Barolo that combines elegance and structure in perfect balance. Aged in large wooden barrels, it develops a broad and enveloping bouquet, with complex aromas of ripe fruit, delicate spices, and light earthy notes.

The grapes come from Novello's two most celebrated vineyards, Terlo and Ravera, renowned for producing Barolos of the highest quality, capable of expressing authenticity, character, and longevity.

Perfect for special occasions, paired with red meats, braised meats, and aged cheeses, or as a meditation wine for true connoisseurs.
