ALAJMO | BAERI IMPERIAL CAVIAR

This caviar comes from a medium- sized sturgeon, which reaches maturity between the ages of 5 and 6, at which point the female begins to lay her eggs. The eggs, small in size (2.5-2.7 mm in diameter), have a dark, almost black color and a creamy, velvety texture that delights the palate.

Our caviar is the result of the raw selection of the best fresh eggs for the shape and color of Siberian Sturgeon. The result is an extremely fresh, delicate but at the same time intense, natural, elegant and above all healthy product. To be consumed as soon as possible without moderation with the people you love.
