This caviar comes from medium-sized sturgeons that reach maturity between 5 and 6 years of age, at which point the females lay their eggs. The eggs are characterized by their small size, a dark, almost black color, and a creamy, velvety texture that delights the palate.

Our caviar is the result of a raw selection of the finest fresh Siberian sturgeon eggs in terms of shape and color. The result is a premium product, extremely fresh, healthy, and potentially addictive. Enjoy as soon as possible without moderation with your loved ones.
