This caviar comes from the Acipenser gueldenstaedtii sturgeon, which reaches maturity after 10–12 years. Its small, dark green eggs are distinguished by their intense flavor and slightly crunchy texture.

Our caviar is the result of a raw selection of the finest fresh Siberian sturgeon eggs, both in shape and color. The result is a premium product, extremely fresh, healthy, and potentially addictive. Enjoy it as soon as possible, without moderation, with loved ones.
