SPICED COTECHINO SAUSAGE

Cotechino is a pork sausage traditionally eaten during the holidays. Max has added additional spices to the classic recipes. 

HOW TO COOK: place the sausage while still in its bag in a pot of boiling water and simmer for about 25 minutes. Then open a corner of the bag and pour out the cooking liquid. Serve warm with our lentils.
